Pasta Station
Your guests will be treated to a taste of the Mediterranean as our professional kitchen staff cooks to order for your guests two of the following choices
- Tortellini Stuffed with Ricotta (Alfredo or Pesto Cream Sauce)
- Orecchiette and Smoked Chicken (Roasted Pepper Garlic Sauce)
- Penne with Rock Shrimp (Spicy Tomato Sauce)
- Bow-tie Pasta with Italian Sausage (Herb Marinara Sauce)
Freshly baked garlic bread and the following sauces: Alfredo, Marinara, Pesto, or Virgin Olive Oil with fresh herbs will be offered to your guests.

- Mashed Potato in Martini Glass: your guests will have a selection of Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes or Traditional Southern Sweet Potatoes, and Chef’s selection or toppings
- Chocolate Dipped Strawberries: treat your guests to colossal strawberries delightfully double-dipped in white then dark chocolate. Excellent accompaniment to a slice of wedding cake.
